Evaluation
We conduct high-quality evaluations/assessments using valid and comprehensive methods in order to identify each person’s profile of strengths and weaknesses to provide an individualized program of evidence-based recommendations and supports across multiple settings.
Evaluation/Assessments include, but are not limited to:
Bulletin 1508 compliant special education evaluations.
Functional Behavior Assessments for youth that exhibit challenging behaviors or behaviors that interfere with learning, daily functioning or relationships.
Psychoeducational testing.
Autism evaluations.
ADHD evaluations.
Gifted evaluations.

Consultation
We provide culturally-sensitive consultation services through an outcomes-driven, data-based decision-making model that aims to build capacity and sustainability on a foundation of shared values.
Examples of consultation include, but are not limited to:
School-based and/or systems-level consultation regarding tiered systems of academic, behavior, and social-emotional interventions and supports (e.g., MTSS/RTI).
School-based and/or systems-level consultation regarding appraisal, evaluation and special education policy and implementation.

Therapy
(Currently Not Accepting New Clients) Our collaborative approach to psychotherapeutic intervention uses an outcomes-driven orientation with research-based methods in order to lead to meaningful change.
Examples of therapy include, but are not limited to:
Individual therapy and intervention for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, conduct, stress and trauma.
Behavioral coaching and interventions for ADHD and executive functioning.
Individual and group social skills and anger management training.
Parent trainings.

Professional Development
We provide professional developments paired with implementation supports for school systems. Specific topics of focus are based on collaborative needs assessments with the school system.

Behavior and MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support)
Training for staff to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Evaluation Processes and Systems
