  • Patrick Bell, Ph.D.

    Patrick Bell, Ph.D

    Patrick Bell, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist with a subspecialty in school psychology. He graduated from Tulane University and completed his internship at Louisiana School Psychology Internship Consortium at the LSU Health Science Center. Dr. Bell’s education-related experiences include five years of classroom teaching, six years as a school leadership team administrator, and six years practicing psychology in schools and the broader community. His current competencies and passions involve (a) completing both DSM-5 and Louisiana Bulletin 1508 compliant evaluations, (b) consulting with schools and leaders on implementing multi-tiered systems of behavioral and social-emotional supports, (c) providing direct and indirect (e.g. training) support for students requiring functional behavior assessments and plans, and (d) providing direct, evidence-based interventions for a variety of concerns such as grief, stress and trauma, depression and anxiety, anger and impulsivity, and social skill acquisition and generalization.

  • Katherine Chenier, Ph.D.

    Katherine Chenier, Ph.D

    Dr. Chenier is a licensed psychologist with a subspecialty in school psychology. She graduated from the school psychology program at Louisiana State University (LSU) and completed her internship at Louisiana School Psychology Internship Consortium, working at LSU Health Sciences Center and Crescent City Schools. Dr Chenier has over 13 years of experience in education, including working as a special education classroom teacher, a school-based leader, a network-based director, and a school psychologist practitioner and supervisor. Her current competencies include conducting compliant Louisiana Bulletin 1508 evaluations, providing professional development and consultation for school staff regarding academic and behavioral interventions and supports, and providing individual and group evidence-based interventions for a wide range of social/emotional concerns. In addition to work in schools, Dr. Chenier also works with children and families in the community setting and has served on multiple city and state working groups, as well as psychology committees. She enjoys working with individual students , families, schools, and policy makers to help support children and adolescents within the Louisiana community.

  • Sarah Fletcher, Ph.D.

    Sarah Fletcher, Ph.D

    Dr. Fletcher, is a licensed psychologist and a national and state-certified school psychologist. She completed her undergraduate work at Tulane university , and has a Masters Degree from Harvard School of Public Health and graduated with her Doctorate in Psychology from Louisiana State University. Dr. Fletcher completed her internship at the Louisiana School Psychology Internship Consortium working at LSU Health Sciences Center and Crescent City Schools and is licensed to independently practice psychology in the state of Louisiana. She has over 12 years of experience in education and child adolescent psychology. In addition to her role as a school psychologist, she has been a middle and elementary school classroom teacher and intervention coordinator in schools. She has worked in both state and federal government promoting evidence-based practice and advocating for policy to improve the lives of children. Dr. Fletcher focuses on the evaluation, assessment of children to inform service provision and treatment, as well as helping schools meet the needs of all their students.
